Howard Suggs
Chief Executive Officer | Park Circle Cares
Howard Suggs Jr. is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with more than 28 years of military service and a career grounded in leadership, service, and strengthening organizations and communities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Legal Analysis and a Juris degree in Law.
As CEO of Park Circle Cares, Howard brings that same commitment to service home to the North Charleston community. He believes meaningful change starts at the local level with people willing to show up, build genuine relationships, and serve their neighbors with dignity and respect.
Under his leadership, Park Circle Cares works to address food insecurity while building partnerships that make the community stronger. For Howard, the mission is about more than providing food; it’s about neighbors taking care of neighbors and making sure people know their community is there for them.
Outside of his professional and community work, Howard enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family.
